What personal data we collect and why we collect it
Your email – used only to contact you regarding a portrait, or if you sign up to the mailing list, this is only used for the purpose of sending you relevant content related to Pups in Paint including special offers and news. Your email will never be give to any third party! Also, if a parcel is sent to you internationally, your email address may be needed for the customs paperwork. You may unsubscribe from our emails at any time.
Your Phone number – Used solely for the purpose of contacting you in regards to an enquiry you have made or a portrait you have ordered. Again, it may be needed for postage needs also. Never given to a third party!
Your physical address would only ever be used to send a portrait you have ordered from Pups in Paint.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website. Any images of the artwork you have commissioned can be used as promotional material on my site or social media, but I will wait to post these if it will ruin a surprise for someone.
