Turnaround time depends on the portrait type: Mini Close-Up (3–5 weeks), Classic (4–6 weeks), Signature Experience (2–4 weeks). Rush orders under 2 weeks are also available.

Which pet portrait package is right for me?

Mini Close-Up ($250) is ideal for gifts or small walls. Classic Portrait ($500) is a timeless A3 painting with a simple background. Signature Experience ($700) includes a themed background, premium packaging, and faster delivery.

Can I include more than one pet in a painting?

Yes, extra pets can be added to any package for $100 each. Ensure the canvas size suits the number of pets.

How much is shipping and how is it packed?

Shipping costs vary based on your Australian location. Paintings are wrapped in acid-free tissue and bubble wrap for protection. A quote can be provided or I can give you parcel dimensions.

What if I’m not happy with the painting?

You'll receive a mock-up and optional progress updates before painting begins. Final approval is required before shipping.

Do you offer gift vouchers?

Yes, gift vouchers start at $100 and are beautifully packaged. Valid for 12 months and redeemable on any portrait or add-on.
